Messy Church

Messy church. I know, it sounds… messy. Fourth Friday of every month, starting soon. For all ages, families, individuals, who want a more informal, relaxed version of church. We will share a hot meal together, do crafts, sing, hear Bible stories. Stay tuned for the next date for Messy Church, currently not running due to Covid-19 restrictions.
We are offering Messy church kits that can be delivered each month. They are full of stories, games and crafts. Contact the church office if you would like one.

Sunday School
Trinity-St. Andrew’s hosts a Sunday school class each Sunday during the regular service at 10:30 AM. Our lessons follow a one-room school house model ideal for children ages 5 to 12. Join us, along with our Deep Blue friends, as we enjoy bible stories, crafts, games and songs. All are welcome.
Learning Band
Do you know a child who loves music? Sandra and Wanda are offering to lead a learning band for school age students Tuesday’s after school. Exact timing to be determined, by they will start this fall. There will be at least four adult teachers who will help your children learn to play an instrument by learning songs.
If you are interested please reach out to Sandra or Wanda. We will start with a snack and time to relax, then have a session (half an hour) working on our instruments.
Any instrument including voice.
Please join us and discover how wonderful life is with a song! Click here to download the registration form.
Youth
It all starts with the Vacation Bible School. This year we had almost 100 children sign up, and that included more than 20 youth helpers. They earn volunteer hours as they help the younger children gain confidence, learn the crafts and stay safe. VBS for 2022 is scheduled for July 11 - 18th. Stay tuned for details and registration instructions.
Throughout that week they grow together as a group, and then periodically throughout the year, we come together again just for fun… trips to Wonderland, cottages, bowling etc.
The youth are also key leaders in our Maundy Thursday service, as well as being musical mentors for our children’s learning band.
